Privacy policy

Grad Labs collects only the information you submit through the strategy session form: your name, work email, phone number, company and headquarters country, your stated operational bottleneck, and your preferred region. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to schedule the consultation. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train any model. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and delivered to our team by email. Client data handled inside an engagement is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement and never leaves the deployment boundary agreed with you.
